Originally trained in classical French cooking, I’ve spent years expanding into global techniques and traditions. Always learning, always refining. My specialties come from this balance: rooted in tradition, broadened by exploration and tailored to your individual needs.
Specialties
Specialty Diets & Precision Nutrition
My approach to nutrition is both scientific and deeply personal. Food should fit the individual and their needs. Through years of working with clients navigating allergies, autoimmune conditions, performance goals and recovery journeys, I’ve learned that precision doesn’t mean restriction; it means alignment.
I study how modern nutrition science meets traditional wisdom. How fermentation supports immunity, how preferences coexist with mindfulness, how seasonal eating restores balance. Whether it’s crafting a low-inflammatory meal plan or building a performance-oriented menu for athletes and artists, I translate complexity into clarity, creating food that truly fits.
*Note: I can not prescribe or recommend any food or diet for any ailment but would be happy to work with recommendations from your doctor or nutritionist.
Food Culture Specialty
I’ve always been fascinated by how meals transformed throughout history. How every recipe is a record of adaptation, trade, migration and tradition. Behind every dish lies a story and lineage: a grandmother’s kitchen ritual, a spice route that crossed oceans, a people digging up every root and vegetable to find what’s good. Cooking, for me, is a way to touch that lineage. To connect with the multi-generational language that is the kitchen. Spoken through flavor and craft.
I study food cultures to understand how people have found meaning in nourishment. How the French turned necessity into the extraordinary, how Japanese cuisine is shaped through mindfulness, how Moroccan mothers turned community into ritual. My work brings those threads together in the present moment. Translating centuries of tradition and experimentation into meals that invite connection, togetherness and nourishment.
